What exams/subject areas do you specialize in? I exclusively focus on the SAT and ACT.
Do you offer classes for multiple students? Since the curriculum is customized to the individual student, I only offer private coaching (in person or Skype).
Is there a significant advantage with in person coaching over Skype? From a score improvement stand point, there is no advantage. I usually recommend that parents go with Skype sessions, unless there is some reason that the student needs in-person coaching. I've also had clients that did a mix of both Skype and In-Person as well.
What kind of students do you work with? All kinds of students: my only requirement is that students are serious about improving their scores and are willing to put the time into studying for the SAT/ACT. That's why I take the time to interview perspective students to make sure they are a good fit.
Do you work with students who have special conditions? Yes. I have a lot of experience working with students with IEP/504 for a variety of conditions, including Attention Deficit, Dyslexia, Autism and other learning conditions. I also have ADHD, which helps me empathize with the challenges many students with learning conditions go through on a more personal level. I work with parents who are new to the process and provide guidance on getting special testing accommodations for their children.
Do you have experience working with perspective college (D1-D3) athletes? I have worked with many high school athletes and also have personal experience with the trials and tribulations of being recruited for a D1 sport during high school.
